“NOWHERE MEN” is a feature-length comedy produced by Studio 5758, an independent production company founded by brothers Aria Inthavong and Saixana Inthavong. Aria is a filmmaker whose content has racked up over 300 million views online. Aria’s creative visions are brought to life behind the scenes by Saixana, whose business and production acumen has helped produce some of his greatest successes.

Filmed with almost no budget, “NOWHERE MEN” is a testament to the collaborative spirit of Oregon’s film community, as local filmmakers freely volunteered their time, equipment and expertise to help make this insane idea a reality. Simultaneously producing a feature-length film alongside an original stage musical is no easy feat, let alone with no financial backing, but it was accomplished on this project with aplomb.

That being said, “NOWHERE MEN” would not be possible without the many real people who appear on screen, and whose unscripted reactions to the chaos they’re witnessing acts as the foil for all the great comedy in this film. In particular, the stage actors who performed in the film’s titular musical are the true stars of this, as their personal stories and experiences provide the heart behind what makes “NOWHERE MEN” an incredibly special film.
